Im running Server 2008, SQL 2005 Express and Web Developer 2008 on a virtual pc and as soon as I start doing heavy stuff it gets sluggish. Is there any way to speed things up?

Im on a c2d @ 2.8ghz, 2gb RAM, 320gb RAID, and Ive given the VPC 1.5gb to play with. Ive tried setting the process to realtime on a single core but it was actually slower than std.
I know sh*ts bad right now with all that starving bullsh*t and the dust storms and we are running out of french fries and burrito coverings.

DOnt give the Virtual PC more RAM than you allow for the host OS.  That does make a serious difference.
