Not of the movie rather then the actor

Casting is everything but for me it does not bode well that Timothy Olyphant as Agent 47 has been set, it was going to be Vin Diseal but with since the actor would feature in the next game which would go with the movie with the actor voice etc as a possibility I bet he asked for a bit to much but no news has arisen other then "we took the decision to cast Timothy felt he was right for the part, blablablabla blaaaaa"

Still think it should have been the transporter playing it, would have done well there.

Anyway, here is the pictures:

Vin diesel is a wooden actor anyway.. besides, I dont think he fits the physical appearance of the character & would mean they would have to beef the character up in the game to make him look more alike.
cant really think of anyone to suit the part.. except maybe Jason Statham, but he may not be tall enough..

Both Vin Diesel and Jason Stratham would be apalling.  Both arent particularly multi-faceted and each has more or less one emotion.  And thats 1 too many for codename 47, who displays no emotion whatsoever.  Far better to have a pasty unknown kid play him I say.

Timothy Olyphant also played Seth Bullock in Deadwood and was pretty damn good imo.

However Im not sure if its just the camera phone or what, but from that picture the make up artist has made him look FAR too young for the part. And  considering the guy is 39 years old he shouldnt look that young anyway, he looked a lot more rough around the edges in Deadwood.
