anyone know for somwhere to compare scores at?
Need to know what its marked out of, etc. & if my system is performing or under performing

I think mine got 4.1

I get 5.4 when i boot vista, the only thing holding it back from the 5.6 is the CPU.  

i think its only used to measure how your computer can handle certain software/apps...

the games on vista all require performance index rating of 2.0 (if i remember correctly) and i expect that they will start to issue performance index ratings on games as well as the detailed specs that they currently issue... its user friendliness i suppose
