I got a sempron 3200+, it was set to 3ghz or something silly like that iirc but somehow it got set to 2.2ghz. So Ive been trying to sort it out but I cant remember how. Its been that long Edit Im totally wrong about the 3ghz, it was around 2.5 I think.

I set it to 200mhz fsb and 220mhz cpu, that got it running at 2.0ghz. I was like wtf so I change the cpu to 250mhz. Now its at 1.8ghz - I think thats where it didnt like the setting and reset itself to default speeds.

Im not doing well.

Is it the fsb Im supposed to be upping?

edit: nvm I got it I think - lower the fsb and then raise the cpu bit.
