I use a LG H22.  Need some new discs (legally copying home DVDs etc), they must be 16x and white full-face inkjet printable.

Any reccomendations on brand?  Not sure I can stretch to Taiyo Yuden

Beaker

OEM Verbatims seems to work well enough for me.

Anywhere that sells them relatively cheap?  They seem to go for near-TY prices (unsurprising since AFAIK theyre oem TYs anyway :D)

I use SVP for all my DVDRs and also always buy printables. I have to say I always go for the cheapest option and ive not really had any trouble except the odd dud disk.

And if you do order from there then you can add one of these to your order for an extra bargain:

1Gb flash drive for Ã,£4.99

Ive always found DataWrite and DataSafe disks from SVP or bigpockets (depending who is cheapest at the time) to be very good value. Never had a dud disk I can think of. Though now that I think about it Im not sure if they do full face printable ones so might be no good to you :(

Chuck Norris

I have two H12s that work well with Datawrite Titanium discs.  I think a spindle of 100 is about Ã,£20.

Thats pricey.

I, on the other hand, just bought some VERY reasonable taiyo yudens.  They were quite cheap so Im slightly worried they might be fakes, but Ill check them when they get here and kick up a fuss if so.

heh, i normally pay Ã,£15-Ã,£20 for a spindle from a dude on the computer fair.  other than that Sainburys have recently been chucking retail Verbs out at 50 for Ã,£5.99, which i thought was reasonable.  Ive given up using cheap disks, i prefer hassle free burning.
