mates PC is acting strange, whenever you are using a web browser or have a window open, [which you need to scroll down in to view the whole contents], the scroll bar at the side shoots all the way down to the bottom and stays there! if you try and scroll up using either the scroll bar or page up, it just drops back down to the bottom again and there is an intermittent beap too!

run a free virus check but it doesnt fix it.

Last time I had this problem it turned out to be a dodgy keyboard, could also be a mouse problem or a driver issue

you need to format c:/ and install ubuntu imo.
