Ok, got my pc back and up and running after a few days of hassle for a number of reasons and I have gone to update to check if any updates and I get failing

But I get this when I click update:

And it does not update< anyone else with this OS got the same or had it know the fix or is it something else? My time zone and time is correct and the machine upstairs 32bit xp home updated fine

If its legit complain like hell to M$

Otherwise use an alternative source of updates.

It is a legit copy, already sent a note off to M$

Ok, Seen what it does, done a google with no help on the results

http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp and cant stop it :/
