Word XP translation - UK to Canadian English

It a tall order I know but I have been scouring the net for some nifty little tool that lets me translate UK english to Canadian english and have come up with nothing. I dont suppose anyone knows of a way I can manage this? It seems unlikely but I would heap major praise on anyone who can help me with this one.

Any pointers would be much appreciated. Cheers.

Firefox + Canadian English dictionary?

Or just load it into Word/Open Office and flip the dictionary to Canadian?
