New KOTOR 2007 / 2008 or has it been dropped?

I didnt know there was going to be a new KOTOR; will it be Bioware or Obsidian developing? If its the latter I dont hold much hope for it as KOTOR II was nothing but a bit letdown.

Molyneux showed us much more about this amazing dog character, but Ill have to dig into it later in another post. Keep in mind this feature is already 100 percent implemented, meaning it has to be in Fable 2, at least in some sense."
