p.s. the region free games on play asia are playable on any xbox 360?
Heard PCWorld are doing a good offer at te moment but un-sure it is.
HMVs great offer is no longer available but they may of done another one by now.
Apart from the Premium pack you will want to pick up a 12month live subscription and maybe some Microsoft Points so you can buy the arcade games :)
Another wireless controller? Camera?
As for the region free, yes in my experience they are all fine :)
Cheers for the prompt reply, will have a look around HMV and other stores tonight.
How long is the warranty?
Coded
Blockbusters.
Premium pack
Gears of War
Pro Evo 6
PGR3
Table Tennis
Ã,£50 in rental vouchers
Ã,£339/Ã,£349
Warranty is 1year but you can buy an extra 2 years for less than Ã,£100 (not sure of exact number)
Would you reccomend getting an extra 2years warranty as an extra Ã,£100 would make it out of my range.
How reliable are the newer xbox 360s?
No idea but if its worthwhile getting a warrantee then it isnt worth buying an Xbox 360.
electronics normally goes in the first few weeks or if it survives the firs year then its probably going to last for years without problem.

I agree with serious, tbh, what is the lifespan of the console, how long before the next xbox is out, extended warranty is a bit ott generally. I have worked in dixons, i know how much of a con extension of warranty is. If my 360 dies in 1year and a day oh well, i will either get a new one, which i imagine will be after quite a price drop.

If its about Ã,£100 for an extra two years, thats about 30% of the premium pack price (less the rental vouchers from blockbuster). Says somthing about Microsofts confidence in their build quality.

Most extended warranties are with the shop not the company

Ã,£44.95 for 2 years extended. Ã,£25 for a single year. From Microsoft directly. Only get it when you are coming to the end of your 1st year.

a hex screwdriver set, executioner kit & a Sata card are prob. the best accessories you can get.
Oh & a 2nd controller.
Best deal I have seen around atm is 360 Premium Pack & Games (Good Games Usually) for Ã,£300.
IE game was Call Of Duty 3, Gears Of War and PGR iirc.
Recharge kit is one of the must have accesories.

those are two bundles which are looking quite possible.
