The Smashing Pumpkins have made their first official announcement of an appearance in 2007. The band will headline both Rock am Ring (6/2/07) and Rock im Park (6/3/07) Festivals in Germany. Everyone needs to listen to Gish. It saved my life, honest.

Gish & Siamese Dream are such wonderful albums.

And to think I used to hate this band too!!!

I hated myself for liking Siamese Dream, as it was all over MTV, but I just could...not...resist!  I had been a fan of hair metal in the early 80s when I was a wee tot, though I could do without the bad lyrics and "style"--then I hear the first driving sonic guitar off this album, and Im like YESSS! No irony in it, just

siameese dream is a perfect example and advert for the use of a russian big muff.
