10 years ago I thought I'd be a different person, but really I'm not that different at all. I think that most people on here are pretty much the same age, do you feel grown up now, or are you still immature at heart?
I feel like I'm late teens/early twenties, adult enough to do everything but definitely not so mature in mindset. My body is quite happy to remind me that I'm not 18 any more though at every opportunity!
I don't have a fat lot in terms of responsibilities though, other than living on my own and the household and financial responsibilites that come with that. I think if I had a mortgage, wife and kids I'd be feeling more my age (and would probably hardly ever get out to play at the weekends).
I forgot to add, happy birthday! :ptu:
Growing older is mandatory, growing up is optional ;-)
Congrats :D Amazingly one feels about the same even at 60 even if the body is getting more worn :)
Happy birthday mate.
I'm pretty sure I am more childish, irresponsible and just plain stupid now I'm 25 than I was when I was 20 and now I've got the money to do it properly but also have a wife to moan about it :yarr:
i feel late 20's - i just celebrated my 36th a few days ago :o
I hit 30 in June and went to Amsterdam to look at prostitutes, if you ever start to feel old I suggest you do the same, happy birthday.
27 now and feel the same as 20. Though I sometimes think back to when I was 20 and looked at my 27 year old friends and thought I'd be mature like them, so to speak. Now I realise there wasn't any difference between us really.
Main thing though is the responsibilities coming from a relationship, I feel like I've grown up in that regard.
First things, commiserations :D
Physically I'm 34 but mentally it's more like ~25 :)

He has me to keep him young.
I'm waaay more mature than I was 10 years ago, but then I am 18 ;)
Also, Haaaaaappy Birfday (:
Good to see I'm not the only one! I would have replied earlier but I was busy removing the "Met Police" virus from my computer, it was obviously my birthday present from the hotel I was at!
In solar turns about 60 , physically about 50 mentally 20-30 :D I am not so young any longer, that I know everything though ;)

who cares about age, just as long as everything still works :D
I'm 27 now, been with my wife since we were both 15. So I still feel like a teenager regardless of the fact I'm married and have two kids under two.
I feel immature when I'm hanging about with the missus and the kids aren't about but even when they are we both act stupid.
Belated happy birthday.
I'm not the same person I was 10 years ago but I don't think that is a maturity thing.
Some of the posts on this topic are amusing....you should all know guys don't grow up :P

The day after mine, I didn't know that. I was 27 btw, so not too far behind.
Happy belated birthday to you too mate!

I used to be extremely SERIOUS, decided that I didn't like it and changed. Body is almost ready for the recycle option, 50 years haven't been good for it, if only I could get a replacement...
Then again I did grab and tickle my young great nephew last week, and poked fun at his sis.
Happy very belated birthday.
Welcome to the over 30's club, if only by a few days!
Turned 30 earlier this year, don't feel any different to when I did when I was at uni 10 years ago, am just as much of a retard now as I was then :D Probably be exactly the same the day I pop my clogs.
