You mean a third runway. It only has 2 at present.

The other airports that would be expanded would be CGS or Schipol.

TBH a new airport or expanding elswhere would be better. Its a nightmare travelling to London & that area of motorway, it really slows down everything from the M3 to the M40

Maybe look at biggins hill or somthing. Heathrow NW, Gatwick S, Stanstead E, London Airport central, so put somthing out SE - roughly where Biggins Hill is.
