Sounds about right.

I did this curry powder before with a tablespoon, and though it says "mild" on the tin--it made me see through space and time with the burn. :D

We just have teaspoon and tablespoon in our cooking lexicon over here. Dessertspoon? Thats so fussy and British.

As serious said.

1 teaspoon = 5ml
1 tablespoon = 15ml (3 teaspoons)
2 to 2.5 teaspoons is a rough measure for a dessert spoon.

By defenition its just larger than a teaspoon and smaller than a tablespoon.

I know sh*ts bad right now with all that starving bullsh*t and the dust storms and we are running out of french fries and burrito coverings.
