You are either trying to provoke a reaction or are sadly deluded. Not all Wiccans are like that. I know some Wiccans and theyve never put me under a spell and they dont go around saying life is to hard, they just get on with it.

I think youre making a generalisation about a group of people, you only notice the ones that mope about and complain about life.

Im not a Wiccan or an expert on the belief but I do know that not all Wiccans are people who mope around complaining about life.

couple of my friends are wiccan and to be fair theyre weird as sh*t so Im inclined to agree with Dave.

Real wiccans dont go around preaching about how they are wiccans, youd never know they are unless they told you.

The way I dress Im sure you lot would either say Skater or Emo or something?

Its worth bearing in mind that "Wicca" probably isnt what you think it is, (its by no way an ancient or historic religion). It was pretty much founded in the 50s by Gerald Gardner and the practices and "rituals" are very much of the 20th century. It came around at the right time and has seen a real boom in the past few decades due to the prevalence of neo-feminism.

I always thought:

Wiccan: People who follow a certain belief/religion
Emo: Stands for emotional punk or something. Wear black and other things as that emotion is usually negative.
Goth: Into, well, gothic stuff. Horror and the macabre, medieval and classical stuff. Corsets and powdered faces etc

To be honest though, my personal tastes border on the gothic but I dont see the need to dress up like some kind of vampire wannabe. I dont get the dressing to fit into a stereotype thing.
