I used Tescos often, but their delivery prices are a rip off, The worlds richest store as well, out of principle I dont use them anymore, so who gets a good service from others.

Tescos Rip off prices.

Mon Ã,£4.99
Tues and WED Ã,£3.99
Thurs, Fri, Sat Ã,£5.99

TBH for a weekly/big shop it takes a good 1.5-2 hours of my time + fuel + headache.

I much prefer paying Ã,£3-Ã,£6 to tesco for them to cover the fuel, time and headache!!

Cheaper than bus fair there and taxi back in my opinion.  Unless you have a cool brother like i do who takes me shoppin in his car. :)

My only problem with Tesco delivery is that often they leave items off or swap it with something you really didnt want, Id rather go down the shop and cherry pick, as it were. Plus it often coincides with filling up on petrol (which I can get clubcard points for) and that fact that the store is close enough not to expect any fuel savings.

Knighty is the cheapest whore around by far!

Beaker

I tried online ordering, but lost my temper with it.  Sainsburys is 5 minutes away by car.  it takes me just as long to order online, and I miss the bargains that they have in-store.  I also like to have my own alternatives, and I like the local cheeses and meats they sell.  These tend not to be listed fully for the online stores.

White Giant

Ive decided to give online shopping a crack next time I need to.

Anything specifc I should be aware of?

M3ta7h3ad

just that if you dont tick the "accept no substitutes" box you could end up with a bunch of random crap instead of what you ordered.

:) Other than that its how I do my shopping here. Even buy deli meats from it, like haslet or luncheon meat.
