The GOP and bush are definitely unpopular ATM and it could be nasty for them at the elections in November, the only thing to their advantage was managing to gerrymander the voting.

If the Democrats take control of Congress they could bury the rest of his term in office and subject him to a lot of embarrassing investigations. If they win both then its definitely going to be nasty for Bush.

Saw that a couple days ago. Funny thing is it never got mainstream media exposure even though the MSM supposed is "far left" in this country (not).

Bush laughed it off like a frat boy. It may have been brave for the little guy, but Bushs response was horrifying. In it you could see that the man is wholly incapable of dialog and so coddled by the bubble that hes truly incapable of response. Remember, this is the same administration thats instituted "free speech zones" and will eject somebody with a "pro choice" bumber sticker from Bush speaking events.  :dictatorwithepaulets:

Yeah right. These are the same Dems who voted for giving the Prez the authority to go to war knowing full well he was full of sh*te, and voted for the constitution gutting "Patriot Act" for one little pathetic reason: they were scared of being called "unpatriotic" as were "at war now".

Yup, permanent war, permanent newspeak. The moderates, as I dont consider the Dems to be any sort of leftish party, dont have any balls to speak of, theyre a battered wife too scared to hit their abusive husband over the head with a cast iron skillet, even tho hes sleeping. Theres very few of them I can identify with. Two would be Dennis Kucinch and Russ Feingold. Most of the rest are pansies.

As I dont want to start another thread about American politics, Ill put it here:

Yesterday, Scooter Libbey, aide to the VP, pointed out Bush as the originator of the leak, outing covert agent Valerie Plame, as retaliation for her husbands outspoken disagreement with the administrations claims of WMD.

Bush has spoken about his anger about the leak time and time again and claimed that hell "deal with those people". Ugh.

Of course my local newspaper didnt even cover this today--the same newspaper that prints the likes of neocon Mona Charen--whose last colums exclaimed that WMDs were indeed found and that Democrats are lying unpatriotic bastards.
