Wrinkly old people - books or memorabilia.
2x brothers - dunno
brothers bitch - green and blacks (http://www.greenandblacksdirect.com/pages/homepage/side_links/gift_finder/by_person/for_her/product_information/default.aspx?ProdID=211) hot chocolate with green and blacks mugs. Or smellies.

A good thing to do is find out someones favourite actor or writer or musician and look on ebay for signed cds or books or dvds. Theyre normally cheap. Or just buy a CD and a black marker pen. I got so many bjs once by doing that :)

chocolate & cds

the kind of gift anyone can buy themselves any day of the week.
3rd biggest kop out that follows flowers & cash/vouchers.
Books & smellies arent that far behind.
Socks & hankies are traditional  :w00t:

Given the amount of info you have provided us with any suggestions we make will be by default utterly unoriginal and totally generic, without knowing the interests and tastes of the gift-ees...

my parents wouldnt go to a spa, wont buy the olds a slanket because of their age.
I bought my mother one for her last birthday & they have a lot of excess material.
being old & shuffle around, theyll prob trip up over them.
