Basically if you have a high Aspie score you have traits relating to the syndrome. In most severe cases the person has great difficulty in fitting into the world around them such as making eye contact with people and communicating their thoughts or feelings.

Having a high Neurotypical score is basically saying that your brain is what is considered normal.

So the majority in here seem to be more towards the neurologically normal end of the scale.... though with some people on here that is hard to believe
