If you dont tell the average bloke in the street they are going to do it. I have heard of several who have run up massive bills phoning people using skype over a mobile data link while thinking it would be free because skype is free.

I know it wouldnt always stand up in law, but if you dont know theres a minefield there then getting your foot blown off may not be your fault.

Yes, people should check, but not all minefields in the world are marked with nice big signs and barbed wire fences.

It can do, in contract law. If an Estate agent supplies a cheap pack but fails to put in the agreement that they charge for people cancelling then they cant charge the money legally.

There are other places too, such as parking restrictions.

For some reason I dont think most rape victims offer themselves as a service or charge a fee.

There again, if youve been raped I would be inclined to think you was offering a service & was just never paid... a a old sailor boy?
