No, you did not loose your password, it did not just walk off or drop down the back of the sofa - YOU FORGOT IT!

So technically, yes, he could lose it

Mine are stored on a USB memory key, so I could lose mine too.

It's encrypted so probably of limited use to criminals but...

We get this everyday at work, people are not interested in the recover password option at all, they just call and place orders and bypass the website!
