I know Natwest have been having tech problems this week, but there has been no mention of problems with the nwolb website, but I have not been able to get onto it for 2days.

Anyone else having problems getting onto it?

https://www.nwolb.com/

The internet 'check it's up' sites all say it is up so I'm confused, could it be a DNS issue? I could get on it on Thursday and Friday...

I can access the site through a proxy so wtf is going on?

Chrome Says
QuoteSSL connection error
Unable to make a secure connection to the server. This may be a problem with the server or it may be requiring a client authentication certificate that you don't have.
Error 107 (net::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR): SSL protocol error.

FF says
QuoteThe connection was interrupted

It's working for me on virgin, can you try on another computer?

What IP is it resolving to? 155.136.72.107 is what I'm getting.

You could try another DNS service (I'm on google's I think)

Oh and have you tried the below URL, as that's what it re-directs to anyway?

Had to put this in a code box as the forum software doesn't seem to like https sites and adds a http in addition!

httpS://www.nwolb.com

I've changed to google's DNS servers now and still have the same problem.

tried the https as well, same problem.

It works fine on my phone's 3g connection.

On my phone via wifi, same problem.

Sorry for pointing out the obvious, but that narrows it down to your ISP or the router..

Do you have a spare router, or have you tried turning it off and on again?

Also the DNS settings did you change them on the computer or on the router? Although expect it's the same either way TBH..

Which ISP are you on?

Are you on O2 BB by any chance, just did a google and someone else is having the same problem?

I'm with sky, and the problems only started 2days ago. About the same time natwest started having problems.

I've rebooted the router and I put the DNS settings into windows, although as you said it shouldnt matter.

Every other site works perfectly (I say every other, I've not tried them all) so I am at a loss to why my connection doesn't like nwolb.com at the moment.

They stopped my pay going in on Friday so I couldn't top up my USOP shares, utterly furious I was/am! Have written the swines a complaint which I'm sure they will get to after the 4937439847837584578 before it

Same, no pay on friday, couldnt transfer any money to anyone / my bills account. Fortunately it didnt cause me any issues but if I had been cutting it finer this month I could have been screwed.

Everything seems to be fixed now though, login working, balances correct, making transfers works.
