Bought a sony laptop a while back, yes 2nd hand but only a few months old, buts its been falling apart ever since, and there was me thinking it was a good brand.
First the mouse buttons on the touchpad became one, so it didnt matter which you clicked it would right and left click at the same time. Fine i plugged a mouse in.
Then every time i move the screen/lid at all i get a USB device failure which sometimes causes a BSOD, now this is a laptop thats never closed so how that failed i dont know!
Now to make it completely unusable the zero and nine keys on the keyboard failed overnight, WTF!! so i cant enter half my passwords or IP addresses without an external keyboard!! FFS!!
Im tempted to just bin it but couldnt live with myself if i did as it wasnt cheap to buy.
AAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :rage: :rage: :rage:
But they look so pretty!!! :P
The vivos have always been known to just been good looking over priced laptops but still it obviously shouldnt be that bad!
If it was only a few months old originally is it still under warranty?
its out now and i never had an original proof of purchase so couldnt really do anything
Should have contacted Sony and claimed it was a present from a friend you havent seen in a long time first.
They might have fixed it free despite not having proof of purchase.
Its Sony. Any chance to make £££.
