Is this small claims court or CAB?

Basically my umbrella company owe me £675 from 2 months ago and they keep sending me around in circles with it, even though I sent prove that it never went through payroll. I sent them a letter last week but aint heard anything back from them.

CAB cant do sh*t diddly. Send them a letter saying you want it by XXXX otherwise you will begin action. Then just do it, as soon as they see your moneyclaim.gov.uk thingy bob youll get the dollar. Then name and shame the company.

Claims court.

Heh, I just got an email saying oops, yeah we owe you £x, and its being CHAPSed tomorrow.

Now all I gotta do is get my holiday pay :/
