13 spam emails, every one for Viagra?  

I want to see a 419 that simultaneously involves fake Watches and Viagra. The ultimate spam?

Ive mostly been getting "lists of doctors & dentists".

That said, I have any email with "viagra" in the title automatically get sent to /dev/null

The problem is half of them come through as v1agra or VLAGRA and other such nonsense. Spammers/phishers are getting harder to fight and the situation will never improve. Its too big a problem to fix now and too many people make money from it.

Unless you give the culprits something permanent to think about like a suspended sentence, by the neck or balls....

To be honest most of the spam is produced by very few people.
