Popped back to see what was happening and if this old stomping ground was still active. Great to see some old names from my yoof still on here, Bear/Clocked/Serious/Matt5cott etc.

Hope you guys are all still doing well? I reckon its 20 years since I first logged onto this forum - gone from a spotty kid in a compsci class in college to an old man.

What happened to Tekheads and the old lot? Anyway hope you are all good and all the best.

Welcome back, some of us still here although talk of switching to another platform comes up every so often.

I'm fairly well wrecked, but still managing to keep going. Then I'm 60 this year...

Haven't bought stuff from tekheads for years, can't find the website.

Good to see you back Liam! Sam sold Tekheads to an IT distributor a good decade ago, he went off to be a professional developer and I eventually followed suit, though he also now lives in the States with his American wife! Speaking of the old staff, Vini popped his head in a while ago too to say hello.

Yep old, grumpy, kids and a house in the sticks. Feel like I've grown up but still try not to be too "dad", though fail!

First I was frontend, then full-stack, now I'm working backend on AWS cloud based Serverless microservices (all NodeJS). I much prefer BE to FE colouring-in and all the framework nonsense, far more exciting technical challenges with BE dev!
