about 3 months ago an advertising company charged me £800 for some advertising I didnt want....

it took almost a month before i got the bill.... and then 2 months of talking to them telling them I didnt want the advertising and I wanted a refund
(I didnt give them permission to take the money, and never said i wanted the advertising)

I kept getting passed around between different people, but figured theyd be ok about it and sort it out
(most of them were pretty friendly on the phone)

then I talked to the boss... who was a total bitch.... I told her if she didnt refund it Id get my credit card company to get the money back for me... she said if I did shed sue and I said no-problem....

(no advertising had been run up to this point)

so I ring my credit card company to sort it out and they say theyll get back to me...

(then the bitch runs the advert!!!)

and now I just received a letter from the credit card company saying its been too long for them to get the money back for me!

is this true ?  is there a time limit on it ?

Id just go ahead and take her to the small claims court, but it would be easier if the credit card company could get the money back for me and save me the hastle....

Speak to your credit card company & then change credit card companys.
How did the advertising agency get your CC number? surely they have taken
a payment without your permission which is theft/fraud? that should be enough
for Visa/Mastercard whoever to withdraw the service the advertising company has.

really think you need to speak to a legal person as its business related tbh
Cant see how the CC can say its been to long...

Serious

Report her to the police for fraud, theft and anything else you can think of. At the very least this will cause her some trouble.

Threaten to change your credit card company and tell them you are going to see a solicitor about recovering the funds from them.

El Jacko

They always hate to lose a customer, unless you pay off everything you buy in full.
