^ I got that. The black lines are cool, that stuff is talking to each other. I need to be able to pick up the 10. range and the camera on the remote server by going through the XP box or whatever (dark blue line). Help!

surely youd need a router between the 10. and the 192.

Like Soop says looks to me like theres no route configured between the 192. and 10. networks. What are you using to run the VPN?

I was thinking if I turn the vpn round so its the remote server joining the local lan itll get a 10 address, but Im thick with ip stuff and I havent had time to try.

There is a registry change you can make to 2k and xp to force the computer to effectively become a router. Havent done it in years as it is a dirty solution, but I imagine it to be your best bet.

I used to use the same thing as a poor mans vpn between a site and a firewall - the firewall VPN client installed on an XP desktop with routing enabled, and the desktop was then the gateway of last resort for all devices on that remote site - bingo - no need for a site to site vpn.

A nice draytek router might be a good investment,

The cam is hooked up to a usb network hub, the network hub is hooked up to the local LAN. I need to remote into a remote server, then get back to the camera from that server.

Its confusing me too cos I dont normally deal with network stuff at this level.
