Mine has just turned 3 weeks, its my first day back at work today. Its absolutely exhausting, more so than I expected - hope you and the Mrs cope well.
I strongly advise getting assistance from the family if they're around. Having someone to take the baby between feeds is a godsend in the first 10 days of so.
Boy :). Was awake til 7am with him screaming last night but we're starting to suss out how to interpret his screams and facial expressions now so hopefully tonight will be better.
....He'll get a name soon as we've had some sleep.
