I keep gettin Chinese radio crossing my speakers!!

Every now and then I hear voices when im on the puter, so i turn the volume down and think WTF?
Turns out my Logitech x530s picking up radio stations when turned down low, whats with that.

yeah ive heard it before. it doesnt happen often but when it does its freaky.
