NO, I believe it because part of my work takes me around the social security offices around the country.

Today it dont affect you or dave, maybe tomorrow it will. They also undercut british workers like builders, plumbers, plasterers, etc. They can undercut, because they can afford to. Maybe if they was over here with their whole family, they couldnt afford to undercut.

Thats 700 to many IMO. They prob. also got free housing accomodation & council tax relief as well.. all that alone is worth a good £150 a week.

& what about those who are signing on, but arent entitled to jobseekers allowance? You have to have worked to be entitled to Jobseekers allowance.. if you havent worked, you cant claim it. Instead you claim Income Support. Both are seperate figures that are massaged by the goverment.

Talk to me about it after you have spent a serious amount of time in these goverment handout offices. Ive worked in them all.. social security, Housing Benefit, Council Tax benefit, jobcentres, pension centres, etc.

How do you know whether the people you saw in the DSS offices were EU immigrants, assylum seekers or just second/third generation British citizens?

I dont see how immigration will have a negative effect on me at all - out of 16 new starters at my company I was one of two white British people there. Others were British Asian, Irish, French, African, Italian, Russian and American. I doesnt bother me tbh...
