From what Nige has been told and what we have worked out....

Despite the first level support talking crap as any support does, it seems with the new EU GoDaddy they have been shoving people onto their servers past the point of stable operations and over the last few weeks its got slower and then finally given out basically.
They only just now sorting new servers and moving people over etc.

Not the first time any company has had this, Even the CMS I used had to do a big migration to a whole new Data Centre because the old one was past capacity.

Money over user satisfaction with these people at the end of the day.

Seems the migration should be going ahead very soon

from what i have read here etc i do not hold out much hope tbh lol 

The forums have been migrated onto a new server now, let me know if you are still having issues or whatnot. Seems fast to me at the moment!

Fine at the moment

I'll give them credit, as soon as they escalated it they dealt with it quickly, they admitted there was a problem with the routing and migrated the server within 24 hours, then they gave me a 10% off voucher in thanks for my 'patience'. Can't really complain at that type of response, it's just a shame it took so long to escalate beyond the monkey support.

How do they compare to one ? prices etc.
