Google says you should big up the company, but whats a good answer without sounding like a tit?

Job is for a college in tech sup.
I know sh*ts bad right now with all that starving bullsh*t and the dust storms and we are running out of french fries and burrito coverings.

knighty

for a college all I can think of is the working hours / holidays.... but not the best thing to talk about in an interview !

(pay, depending on what its like)

anything good you can say about the roll youll be taking ?

I guess you could say youre planning on going to night school for the next 5 years and need something with those hours ?   (at least if theyre thinking 5 years they wont be worried about you buggering off straight away?)

Sam

You want to work in an academic environment as you are, in a small way, contributing to the education of many people.

zpyder

Keeping up to date with the latest soft/hardware on a medium/large scale (depending on the size of the college) - If theyre any good theyll be updating the software that the students use all the time, some of it quite specialist, and if its a large campus thats a lot of computers youll be responsible for.

Your clearly presuming there will be tits involved in the interview process.

I usually answer based on that on what I can give the company and how the comapny can help you in a positive manor that both parties benefit.
