Nope you were quite right there it was 7 years ago when she got diagnosed with terminal cancer but 17 years ago when she first got diagnosed with breast cancer. Thank you for the flaw!

it was me. after i had met her in a bike shop in manchester - she was due to fly out to the states and do her trans-am ride... brave woman.
