still keep having to go to court every 6 to 8 weeks, its 5 min in and out every time tho.... police still saying they dont believe it was my fault etc... bla bla bla

but just received a report from an expert guy, which says that because of the position of the bike, the fact that his knee was almost on the ground, the other traffic in the road etc.. him going too fast, the road would have been clear when I started to move, and once I was moving then the accident was inevitable, he was going so fast I couldnt get out of the way or stop in time.

so hopefully that should wrap it up pretty quick now

I really wanted a Yamaha R6 a couple of weeks back. But I suppose theres tracks to ride it fast and like a maniac.

just got that this morning too.... got to have a proper look at it (i aint got my copy yet) but they found half a dozen different drugs in the guy, canbis, php, mnba (iirc) and 3 others

dont know if hed had them that day or 2 months before right now tho, waiting for my copy and the expert whos going to take a look

(p.s, im not into drugs myself, but if other people want to take them then its non of my business, but drugs+motorbike+150mph=bad mmmmk)
