You dont really do anything other than create a city get your link and get as many people to click it as possible and with each click your city increases in size and population etc.

Thats cool. Dont you think a website version of sim city would be an awesome game. Everyones cities could compete with each other, not sure what rules to make it competitive.

Depends if they have to evict all their residents and kill monks to do it...

Anyone remember a game called bomber where you had to bomb buildings in order to land in a city? Perhaps someone could create one based on the olympic city in China?

But if you can hide IP or appear as a different IP,  cheating is possible, yes.
