I normally take a double but it should be enough, the problem is your body will get used to it if you use too much.

I am in the middle of doing a DIY project in my bathroom..tiling and boxing and installing a shower....so I really dont want to stop....but the body is tired.

I know this becuase I just tried to drill a hole the bath! luckly I still had a masonry bit in the drill so it just skidded off the metal  :shock:  :oops:

So here I am posting in NDA waiting for a round of toast to finish burning and searching for an stargate episode to watch before I turn out the light.
