well i cant sleep. up all night thinking about stuff i have to do before i go home.

my bastard housemate has taken his telly out of the lounge so i have nothing to watch. i know he will be staying till july, he is only doing it because his mates cannot stand him atm an come an find me lol.

If you have a computer then a USB tuner might be an option for watching.

My tendancy to not drink much water does me no favours in 30C + weather.  Havent felt well most of the weekend.

However Im happy, the old dears brought me back some strawberry schnapps from their holiday.  I thought they would forget lol.

Not really around my PC much these days, RL seems to be getting the better of me () and just not posting. Still up til silly o clock most days though.

Ive been on a normal (more sane) sleeping patern lately, which is a bit of a change for me.

Just popped up to derby for a couple of hours, lovely run back down the A38 the roads are dead
