Now  May and Trump, but the money will rule as usual.

Serious

I doubt if Trump will be allowed to make any really stupid changes. The problem is he won't be able to keep the promises he has made.

Americans went for a revolution, the wrong one.

May isn't as bad as Thatcher was, although she could always remedy that.

I think it worse for many americans than for us, although it can stir an right wing anti-immigrant movement in europe.

Eggtastico

two of the greatest leaders we have had in the western world.
If these 2 are half as good, then I am looking forward to the next 4 years & hopefully another 4 afterwards

Serious

The Republicans don't have a super majority so plenty of the things they would like to do are just beyond them at the moment, including ripping Obamacare out root and branch.

That is going to disappoint a load of Republicans and voters who supported him.

Then there are the people like Sarah Palin who want him roasted on a spit. There are already calls for him to be impeached and probability is the evidence exists to do just that. Even if the GoP don't go for that straight away they can still retain the option for later. He's effectively a lame duck president now and he hasn't even taken the presidency over.

For the UK in a large part it's actually good news, our money has gone up a bit with the possibility of a quick deal with the US after Brexit.
