Title: North Wales in 5 sentences
Post by: Pete on September 08, 2006, 18:46:59 PM
Lots of sheep, a frightening(exciting?) number of sheep - at least 10 for every man.

Nice mountains/hills and rivers and beaches and stuff, very pretty.

Fairly good roads, unless you wanna drive from Cardiff up to Snowdonia - clearly the Romans couldnt be bothered with straight roads anymore (did they even get that far?).

Horrible fish & chips.

Nice place for a chilled break.

Anything past Aberwystwyth from cardiff... even the A470 turns into a bloody "wait behind a tractor" road. :D

the roads can be very frustrating esspecially in tractor and caravan season but when you get abit of clear road in front of you they can stupid amounts of  fun to drive on. last weekend did a drive from Wrexham to Aberwystwyth in less than half an hout dont think I went less than 70 at all, my poor tyres where suffering abit though.
I bought my car from cardiff aswell, what a drive that was to get to grips with the car, amazing.
