Hes poorly and in the Vets having a drip and meds. v.sad (http://smilies.sofrayt.com/fsc/sobbing.gif)

They dont know. He has the squidlies and keeps being sick. He only got out his bed to be wee. He wont even walk to you. Just slept all yesterday and today so i took him the vet this evening.

Edit:  Just phoned them to see how he is and they said he is quite poorly but hes in the right place and they are confident they can make him better. They did say i may have to sell a kidney to pay for it mind, but he is worth it TBH

Its the kids, i made the mistake of taking them with me a they cried when we had to leave him. Its weird that we have only had him a week and a half and we are all so missing him now.

Frig im turning into a girlie  :?

was he quite young when you got him? IIRC puppies can get ill sometimes if they are taken away from thier mothers at an early age.

He was 10.5 weeks old now so he is still quite small,

blimey - sounds posh!

Think Ive seen one before - fairly small dogs? - there is a woman near where I live who has one & spends most of the day dragging the poor thing round the shops.

just needs some better dog food :p

(p.s. hope he gets well soon mate)

last time I went to the vets I was topless carrying the dog on my sholder having used my t-shirt as a bandage on his foot where hes stood on a broken bottle and was bleading to death :s

so count yourself lucky :p

I hope he does get better soon keep us fixed....

He is still nil by mouth but they said he has perked up. Misses is going to visit later i think. Hopefully home on monday for some TLC  :)

HES HOME!!!!! :D

Came home yesterday evening. Poo-ing and wee-ing everywhere, back to his old self

 8)


Edit: dont let your pet stay at the vets, its cheaper to hire the Ritz and have vets visit  ;)

Vets, like hospitals, are always expensive, dispite the fact their accomodation is usually far more basic. IIRC one american was paying more for a basic hospital bed for a night than it cost him for a week in the hotel oposite. The NHS in the UK is saving huge sums by keeping patients out of hospital before and after treatments.

Good news though :thumbup:

Collect the poo, compost it and use it as fertiliser  :mrgreen:
