Posted a cheque off to pay for something, it cleared taking the funds out of my account, they then bounced it because the date was wrong or something, and put the funds into someone elses account  :evil: im out of pocket about £300 AND to top it off some funt has snapped off my rear light from my bike.

If they dont give you the money back threaten to take legal action against your bank, it should never have happened.

I have been on the opposite end of this sort of thing, bank paid me someone elses money and until I told them they didnt know about it.

If they have charged you then do the same about that too.

well another trip tomorrow to the bank, to see if they can sort it out :(

theyve been dicking me around for months.

could be the £1400 free overdraft which i have no intention of paying back till i am forced to contractually (5 years after graduation with starggared limits till the 5 year mark :D)
