What is the betting now hes gone 2 movies at some point will be announced to finish of the space oddesy story from the latter 2 books?

Not just an author, a real scientific mind too, he was the man that came up with the idea for geosynchronous orbit. Very sad. RIP.

Not just an author, a real scientific mind too, he was the man that came up with the idea for geosynchronous orbit. Very sad. RIP.

The Skylift too, possibly the most doable aim for the next century. Get one of these up and price to geosychronous orbit goes down like a stone*.

* for materials only, you dont want to spend too long going through the radiation belt surrounding the earth.
