What on earth is going on?
I have had some issues and customer support is actually good now.

Pipex - Got some net issues which is BTs fault but pipex, wrang them up no queue time and again very good in helping to sort it out, very very good they are with the recent changes but they been nice to me before.
They are not the cheapest but I dont think I will leave in a hurry since the service and support is top notch

Dell - My lcd is loveley but xmas/new year a white blob appeared and it looks like its a bleed as its grown (white lighter paler then the rest of the screen) had to get some bits done and the website with this silly number would not work for a couple of weeks.
Decided to ring up thinking id have 10 options and on hold for 30 minutes, but WOW
3 button options, guy on the end in about a minute, noted problem took details did some checks, me beng a tek helped I suppose with describing the issue and possible reasons.
It is something they cant repair if its a form of bleed would need to be removed and replaced.
They sorted it so they send out a new one and I send my old one

When will this happen?

New one coming and old one going, and thign is recently they updated the models didnt they with a bet tech screen etc so slight upgrade as well

Amazing, very happy, had issues things broke but support really good, couple of other suport realted things gone well as well recently as a result of cock ups, dead impressed.

Pipex are usually good :) I had some mighty large problems without a net connection for roughly 1 month. It ended up being a conflict between service choices meh. But it was dealt with they kept me informed rang me  up told me what was happening day by day. They whre very nice about the ordeal :)
