I really do hate being off work ill as I get so bored I dont know what to do with my time and then end up doing nothing as I mainlt watch movies.

So I thought "oh Ill put Windows XP on that P3 Ive got in the other room" ...I got it for free from an old job, later they fired me, so its all good.

So anyway... I find windows XP, and have to get it onto disk, so I try... my damn computer wont read the specific files to do it, so in the end I have to use a program that will mount the image on my computer as an ISO and then I can do a disc copy...

So I do a disc copy, once set away it only takes about 5 mins.

Woo Hoo, go through to set my P3 up and realise "DOH! it aint got a CD player!!!"

Now Ive seen the part on ebay and will probably cost £10 (after bids) to get it or I could just hook up another CD player and use it outside the case. I mean I need a slim line CD drive for the P3 but I have a spare 5 1/4" CD drive in another computer I can use.

Although the computer is going to be sold, hopefully to a woman up the street. This means it will most likly need a CD player.

tbh.. I dont think Ill be able to get that myself. Although I will tell you all how I did it when I have the webmaster refferal scheme in place
