Ive decided to go to France on a day trip since P&O are doing a deal - £20 day return with 6 free bottles of wine.

Im arriving in Calais at 9am and leaving at 5pm.

Mainly I want to go shopping, wine and tobacco at the top of the list with food coming second. Im hoping not to have to go to the Tesco Calais type places where all the other brits go; id prefer to go to a nice french town where I can have lunch and look at nice scenery (then shop).

Any ideas?
