That article seems to correlate with what Im getting, the sync speed in the router is around 4mb and the average test speed I get is about 2mb (though Ive had around 3.5 occasionally). Still no e-mail from plusnet saying theyve changed me though! I expect itll come out in the wash.

Nope, even though I requested 15days ago and have been with them for nearly 4years now :/

I heard it goes a bit nanas for the first 10days while they assess your line; reading the forums a lot of ppl are saying theyre syncing at higher speeds than their download speeds indicate during that time.
