Got the info for another job Ill be applying for (another one way out of my league). Looks interesting, but Im not sure about this :

Quote
Mastery in principles of Web Design (HCI, HTML, CSS, XML, XSL, JavaScript, DHTML).

It explicitly states that it doesnt want a coder, so what kind of mastery are they expecting?

Judging by te turnout of a lot of web companies, ham-fistedry of the coding will be a requirement.
It's all fun and games until a 200' robot dinosaur shows up and trashes Neo-Tokyo… Again.

Probably someone to do design/sales tbh.  They sometimes like you to have some idea.

Well if youre not a coder, blagging is probably easier than actually having to be a coder...

Ya dont know til youve tried (Im assumed you havent done much on the design/sales/management side of life before - if you have and failed - my apologies!)

"principles of Web Design" is the key phrase, right? The whys more than the hows. I reckon, anyway.

I know sh*ts bad right now with all that starving bullsh*t and the dust storms and we are running out of french fries and burrito coverings.
