Im going to be picking up an old Pajero tomorrow, and I was too late to contact my insurance today (A-Plan). I know theyll sort me out, but it will probably be Monday now....

So, I need cover for Saturday and Sunday. Ive had a quote on tempcover.com and it came up at £40 for the two days.

Does anyone know any better company than this?

Not really.  Thats what I used when I had to drive over France/Belgium 3 days and my Insurance said they wouldnt let me drive there.

norwhich union (or aviva) did daily insurance, dunno if they still do

unfortunately £40 sounds about right for a weekend.
You could try dayinsure but last time I used them it was about £20 per day iirc.

Aviva dont do insurance on imports unfortunately.

Think I will have to pay the £20/day then. It isnt too bad, just thought I might be able to get it cheaper.
