So basically a few failings from the bbc, no one checked the tyres properly but there were some good choices that saved his life.
Just sounds to me it was a bad accident and a few things which could have been done that were not but nothing huge and nothing really for the bbc to worry about. Just change some policies and tighten up some things here and there at that really is it, while the stun may have been on the top end limit of what a celeb should do he is a very good expert driver as well as a presenter with a racing licence and it should not stop cool features on such shows in the future.
